Voucher Redemption Process

"Thank you!" for purchasing a voucher or coupon for our great dental services. We value the trust you have placed in us and we look forward to helping you with all of your dental needs.

Want to know how to redeem your voucher or coupon? Just follow these simple steps:

1. Enter the zip code of the city closest to you in our convenient search box then click on "Begin Search."
   
   
2. Review the profiles for the Preferred Dental Spa' dentists in your area.
   
3. Once you have selected a dentist, click on the link to "Schedule an Appointment."
   
   
4. Enter your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and voucher number in the approprite fields, then "Submit Your Information."
   
   

Once your information has been submited you will receive a confirmation email with the name, address and phone number of the location and dentist you selected. At that point you can call to shcedule your appointment.

If you do not call within a few days you will receive a call from the location you have selected to book your appointment.

Make sure you show-up for your appointment

• You will need to bring your Voucher or Coupon with you to the dentist
• Preferred Dental Spa has a 24 hour appointment cancellation policy. A $35 rescheduling fee will apply should you miss your appointment. Please call us at 1.888.220.5121if you need to reschedule an appointment.
